Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using SpamSlap AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by FixFlex LTD ("we", "us", "our"), registered in England and Wales.

2. The Service

SpamSlap AI is an AI-powered spam detection tool for web contact forms. It classifies contact form submissions in real time using AI and generates contextual responses to detected spam messages.

3. Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your API key secure
• You must not share, publish, or resell your API key
• One account per person or business entity
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use SpamSlap AI to:

• Process forms that collect sensitive personal data (medical records, financial credentials, passwords)
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or service logic
• Abuse the API in ways that degrade performance for other users
• Use the Service for purposes other than spam protection of web forms

5. Trial and Billing

• Cancellation: anytime, no minimum term, no cancellation fee
• Refunds: pro-rata refund available within 14 days of payment, in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
• Prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable VAT

6. Uptime and Reliability

• We target 99% monthly uptime but do not guarantee it
• SpamSlap AI uses a fail-open design — if our service is unavailable, your contact forms continue to work normally; submissions pass through without AI review
• We are not liable for spam messages that pass through during downtime or service interruptions

7. AI Accuracy

• SpamSlap AI uses AI classification which is not 100% accurate
• False positives (legitimate messages blocked) may occasionally occur
• We recommend monitoring your dashboard regularly and using the whitelist feature for trusted senders
• We are not liable for legitimate messages that were incorrectly blocked

8. Hall of Shame

SpamSlap AI may operate a public "Hall of Shame" feature displaying notable spam attempts.

• By using the Service, you grant FixFlex LTD the right to display spam log entries publicly in anonymized form
• Spammer email addresses are anonymized before display (e.g. s***@domain.com)
• No personal data of legitimate senders is ever displayed
• To request removal of a specific entry: [email protected]

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Payment fails and is not resolved within a 7-day grace period
• We detect abuse of the Service (e.g. excessive API calls, sharing API keys)

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe billing portal.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FixFlex LTD's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost business, lost revenue, or data loss.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
